Jack Stancombe TD NDD

Jack studied fine art at the West Sussex College of Art where he was awarded a Travelling Scholarship and an NDD. After a few years teaching in Sussex and Italy he entered the creativeworld of advertising working with agencies in London & Edinburgh.

For 25 years Jack has had his own Graphic Design studios based in Yorkshire. He also spent many years commissioned service in the Parachute Regiment TA.

He has recently returned to painting mainly in oils but also in gouache /watercolour and pastel and is interested in a wide range of subject matter. "I let the subject speak to me" he says.

Jack is passionate about drawing he recently took part in a Life Drawing Masterclass at the Royal Academy. He is also a member of the Leeds Fine Artists.
